Returns and refunds will be accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The received product is different from what was ordered.
- The product delivered is non-functional or not working upon arrival.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are NOT eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to mishandling, improper installation, or electrical fluctuation
- Products with tampered packaging or missing accessories
Refund Timelines
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original mode of payment.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
