- It is found non-functional upon first use
- Does not power ON
- Malfunctions immediately after delivery

Forwarded to manufacturer OR replaced depending on:
- Manufacturer policy
- Product category
- Availability

- Used beyond initial testing
- Improper installation
- Physical damage
- Burn marks
- Liquid entry
- Unauthorized repairs
