DOA – Dead on Arrival Policy

A product is considered DOA when:

  • It is found non-functional upon first use
  • Does not power ON
  • Malfunctions immediately after delivery

DOA Reporting Window

Within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Evidence

  • Photos
  • Video demonstrating defect
  • Unboxing proof (if possible)

DOA Resolution

Forwarded to manufacturer OR replaced depending on:

  • Manufacturer policy
  • Product category
  • Availability

DOA Rejection Includes:

  • Used beyond initial testing
  • Improper installation
  • Physical damage
  • Burn marks
  • Liquid entry
  • Unauthorized repairs
