Replacement Policy

Replacements are provided only under the following conditions:

Eligible For Replacement

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong item sent
  • Item not functioning out-of-the-box
  • Missing accessories

Replacement must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be returned in:

  • Original box
  • Original packaging
  • All accessories included
  • Without tampering

Non-Replaceable Items

  • Used products
  • Products damaged by customer
  • Burnt/damaged due to electrical faults
  • Items not reported within stipulated period

Replacement Processing Time

Replaced Products will be delivered with in 7–14 working days.
