Replacements are provided only under the following conditions:
Eligible For Replacement
- Damaged product received
- Wrong item sent
- Item not functioning out-of-the-box
- Missing accessories
Replacement must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be returned in:
- Original box
- Original packaging
- All accessories included
- Without tampering
Non-Replaceable Items
- Used products
- Products damaged by customer
- Burnt/damaged due to electrical faults
- Items not reported within stipulated period
Replacement Processing Time
Replaced Products will be delivered with in 7–14 working days.
