Service Ticket Policy

Service requests are handled through a formal ticketing process.

 

Service Ticket Required When:

  • Warranty claim
  • Product complaint
  • Technical issue
  • Non-working unit
  • Software support

Ticket Will Require:

  • Invoice copy
  • Order ID
  • Serial number
  • Product images/videos showing issue

Service Response Timelines

  • Initial response: 24–72 hours
  • Resolution varies by brand & service center
